In memory of Anne Savastano, each year Reach recognizes individual(s) who have worked to advocate for themselves in any area of their life. This may include personal growth, education, medical, social, and living in order to increase independence and happiness through self-determination.
Owen has made tremendous progress in the short time he has been supported by Reach. Owen has started college courses toward a degree in Special Education, he has moved from a residential school into his own apartment, and he is working to fulfill his dream stand-up comedy at a local open mic night.
