About Reach Inc.

Reach, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) human service agency providing residential, day and life services to adults with developmental disabilities.

We work closely with the people we serve, their families and the Department of Developmental Services to provide supports that are designed specifically for each individual.

Our History

Suzanne Raffa, Founder

“I was outraged at how some really great people had to live. In 1987 I did the research and paperwork to found Reach, Inc. so that we could provide residential services to four incredible men, three of whom are still receiving services from Reach.”

Suzanne Raffa

Founder

After setting up a residential home in Carver to support those first individuals, the organization slowly grew into what it is today. The operational philosophy at Reach remains based on that first house and the fairness, inclusion, respect and free will that was provided there.

Our Mission

To assist adults with developmental disabilities reach their full potential toward independence, self-determination and happiness; at home, at work and in their community.
