Kevin Rooney, Nominated by Kathy Costa, March 29th, 2018
Kevin has been working two days per week with PC. Kevin has worked on making agreed upon plans each week and developed a maintenance cleaning cycle to ensure a healthy, clean, and responsive environment. Kevin is patient when plans are attempted to be manipulated, he is able to follow individualized routine, and is clear with expectations that are in place. During this time Kevin has made huge progress in Pam’s environment and has been able to encourage Pam to actively participate.
