Thay Turso
Thay was recognized for his excellence in PBS by his co-worker Matt Rounds. Thay was nominated for his ability to keep REACH, individual’s updated on current community outings; not only this but and his excellent skills on rapport building.
Maggie Ferguson
Maggie was recognized for her excellence in PBS by a long time REACH, individual Eddie, as well as Clinical Director Susan Milliken. Maggie’s above and beyond planning for REACH, to have a “REACH, night” is what got her a spot on this list of nominees. Eddie’s dream come true all thanks to Maggie, Eddie experienced a once in a lifetime moment that thrilled him knowing he would be throwing the first pitch at the Bourne Braves game.
Maggie Ferguson
Maggie was recognized for excellence in PBS by Clinical Director Susan Milliken. Maggie yet again went above and beyond by teaching our individuals about giving during the holiday seasons. Maggie orchestrated for the Church Street individuals fill and distribute Easter Baskets to the surrounding neighbors.
Cheryl Birch
Cheryl was recognized by Human Resource Director Laureen Guilderson for her excellence in PBS and hard work she put into presenting to the winners. Cheryl took time out of her schedule to visually present the PBS Rising Star mission to the REACH, Agency.

Darci Fener
“Darci Fencer nominated by Kathy Costa for recommending Tim Dakin to assist with organizing the reach kickball league. Darci provided Tim with being the Captain, which provided Tim the Opportunity to engage in team decisions and opportunities to connect with peers to promote relationships. Time was provided a list of tasks to do for Captain Responsibilities which increased Tim’s opportunities for respectful communication, expectations of being a leader and opened several doors for Tim with respectful positive engagement. This included making attendance sheet, purchasing objects that are needed, making T-shirts, arriving early to set up. Tim’s smile is priceless.”
Holly Gray
“Holly Gray nominated by Matt Rounds for being a role model for the individuals as well as staff, She has taken an important role in the program being a “get it done” staff. She is also a rock emotionally for our guys and is always willing to discuss the feeling of our individuals. She also is very detail-oriented in all aspect of her work. She has motherly approach which our guys respond to well. We could all strive to be more like Holly. For example, she is excellent deescalating and redirecting the individuals. MF redirecting to alternative activity as a preventive measure (Flowers).”
