Congratulations to Rebekah Woodliffe!!
Rebekah Woodliffe was the recipient of the 2021 Donna L. Steed Community Inclusion Award.
In remembrance of Donna L. Steed, and to honor her love of being part of her community and her personal journey for self-determination, the award was created in 2003 to recognize an employee each year who exemplifies the community involvement spirit. This is the highest honor REACH awards to an employee. REACH believes in and values our place in the community and firmly believes everyone belongs in and has an important place in the world. As service providers, we have a responsibility and the privilege to assist the people we support to become valued members of their own communities to the greatest extent they wish.
Rebekah went above and beyond throughout the COVID pandemic to ensure the individuals she supports maintained a connection to the community and had a full and valuable experience every day she was on shift. Thank you, Rebekah!
