Diane Cowing – The 2021 Winner of the Anne Savastano Self Advocacy Award
In memory of Anne Savastano, REACH would like to recognize Diane C for her outstanding self-advocacy. Diane strives every day to be sure her needs and interests are met through lifelong self-advocacy. Diane is a model for all and she embodies the self-advocacy spirit of the late Anne Savastano. Diane advocated and worked hard with her doctors to create greater independence in her ability to eat a regular diet.
