Patty Goosen Alix and Dianne Lilleskare are the recipients of the 2022 Donna L. Steed Community Inclusion Award.
In remembrance of Donna L. Steed, and to honor her love of being part of her community and her personal journey for self-determination, the award was created in 2003 to recognize an employee each year who exemplifies the community involvement spirit. This is the highest honor REACH awards to an employee. REACH believes in and values our place in the community and firmly believes everyone belongs in and has an important place in the world. As service providers, we have a responsibility and the privilege to assist the people we support to become valued members of their own communities to the greatest extent they wish.
